  1. How can I pay the deposit?

    The deposit is made in cash or on renter’s account.

  2. When is the rental and refundable deposit paid?

    The rental fee and refundable deposit are paid when the rented car is handed to the lessee.

  3. When is the deposit returned?

    HRANT CAR rental differs from the competition in returning the deposit immediately after the lessee returns the vehicle to the renter. Therefore, you have the certainty of immediate repayment.

  4. What is the fee for a trip abroad?

    HRANT CAR Rental does not charge any fees for trips abroad. Therefore, you always have a guaranteed price without any unnecessary fees.

  5. Do you rent cars, for example, at 5:00 in the morning?

    Yes, we are a car rental that operates 24 hours/day. Our normal opening hours are: MON-FRI: 8:00-20:00, SAT-SUN: 9:00-19:00, Holidays: 9:00-18:00. Outside of these hours, we will prepare the vehicle for you for an additional fee according to the valid price list. It is necessary to contact us via phone, e-mail or chat.

  6. What is your selection of cars? How old are your cars and what is their mileage?

    Hrant Car Rental has in its fleet completely new cars made in 2018 with automatic transmission, navigation, camera, cruise control, and lane guard system. The cars at Hrant Car Rental are the only rentable cars in Prague with their metallic paint protected with special Ceramic Nano Protect 9H coating. Cars from Hrant Car Rental shine like no other.

  7. What are the necessary documents for a vehicle rental?

    When renting a car, you need to have:
    Identity card or passport and driving licence
    The contract is signed at a place specified by the lessee. The original documents can be submitted just for inspection. In addition to that, you have to pay the refundable deposit and rental price according to the current price list. The refundable deposit is refunded immediately when the lessee returns the rented car to the renter.

  8. Do you also offer long-term car rental?

    HRANT CAR Rental offers long-term car rental for individual and businesses. We will rent you a car for a longer period of time in accordance with the price list. Your only concern is the payment of the rent fee and buying fuel. We'll take care of everything else.

  9. If I want to rent a car, do I need to visit your office?

    No, you don't have to. The contract is signed at a place specified by the lessee, i.e. the client of HRANT CAR Rental. The contract can be negotiated in the car. Read about what is necessary to sign the contract in Section 7. It does not matter whether you need a car on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. It also doesn’t matter whether you want to rent a car just for 1 day or longer.

  10. Where should I call in case of an accident?

    After assessing the damage, the renter will agree with the lessee on any further steps regarding the damage to the car.

  11. Is the car insured against theft, has it insurance coverage? Does the insurance cover any possible damage? What is the participation of the client?

    HrantCar.cz is 100% insured. In case of accidents caused by our clients, their participation fee is up to 10% and at least 10,000 CZK.

  12. Does the car rent fee include a motorway tax sticker?

    Yes, the motorway tax sticker applies to the Czech Republic.

  13. Is the road tax paid for the vehicle?

    Yes, all taxes are paid.

  14. How long does renting a car take?

    Usually, you won’t spend more than 10 minutes with us. Your time is the most important thing for us.

  15. What is the minimum rental period?

    Unlike the competition, we also rent cars for just 1 day. The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).

  16. You are the cheapest car rental in Prague?

    We are primarily a car rental that always offers professional services, new cars in perfect condition and that operates 24 hours/day. If you wish to do business with a car rental with the best price-quality ratio, look no further.

  17. Does the car rent fee include a vehicle assistance service for the Czech Republic or the EU?

    Yes, vehicle assistance service is part of compulsory and emergency insurance.

  18. What is the opening time to pickup and return a vehicle?

    24 h/day. You can return the vehicle at any time. You don’t have to come to our office to return the car. Upon agreement, we will come to pick up the car and sign the handover protocol on the spot.

  19. Where in Prague will you deliver the car?

    Hrant Car Rental will deliver cars for rental anywhere in Prague and at any hour.

  20. Can I use your car on our wedding day?

    Definitely yes. We will gladly rent any of our cars for a wedding or honeymoon. Upon agreement, Hrant Car Rental can decorate the car with a tasteful wedding decoration.
